Great Earnings! Does anyone think that 30% increase in both sales and net profit, is not great? At this rate, TLAB is growing their earnings 200% more than the S&P500! Now that is an ingredient for price (stock) appreciation!!!

Did you hear the conference call today? It was a mixed bag in my opinion . . . Mgmt. is always conservative but there was a lack of enthusiasm for new products unlike any previous call they've held. Mgmt. did indicate that 4Q backlog increased giving them confidence they'll meet 1Q 98 rev ests . . . they also indicated that DSO's increased and 4Q was backend loaded . . . they also said the DSO's aren't anything to worry about and will revert to normal within a qtr or two . . . it was that kind of a call
