so $2bn = $25 a share
but to respond to a previous post about 'caviar tastes' this IS the franchise--a new york market where expectations run VERY high and the brand name is very strong
my firm (not large admittedly--180 people) has 3 healthcare choices but 90% of the people choose oxford, and this has not declined one iota in the january '98 enrollment
