The SPAC approach is still a "work around"... And there is a problem that exists to be worked around... ? Capital constraints... work to extract unearned value from the market by preventing competition... ? That the SCALE you see is relevant ? See what it takes to enable the work-around ? And, how much opportunity is lost, every day, because of the excessive restrain applied to prevent it being acted upon, much less realized ? The economy has been throttled for two decades... by innovation being strangled...
