Thanks for fixing the URL. Tmex's didn't work. Now I have the full story... Incidently, I like the idea of merging Softbank with the echo media. Softbank was lacking in S/W dev. expertise, which now it has. Now we have a new synergy. As the article says: "The integration of software development with Softbank will put the rep firm on par with competitor DoubleClick, which boasts an extensive software portfolio for the ad industry. " Time will surely tell. Tmex seemed to be attempting to raise flags about "rats leaving the sinking ship". I see it more like changing of the guard and possibly a better guard at that.
