If you have a real question... and ask it in good faith... I'll be happy to address it.

You seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding of the role of minerals in biology... leading you to think skeptically that any discussion of that role is... alchemy ?

Virgin soils tend to be mineral rich. A couple of years of agriculture removes most of the more soluble minerals... so entire populations quickly become mineral deficient in the soluble minerals. Just a fact. Maybe a place to start ?

As a young man, I assumed all the stories of "taking the waters" as a health cure were bullshit.

But, if you live in a place where a thousand years of agriculture has depleted the soils... and the population are chronically mineral deficient... taking to the baths... in mineral rich waters... actually does replenish those soluble elements that gladly cross through skin when wet. The baths won't help at all... unless you're badly mineral deficient... and then they will work wonders.

Got "restless legs" ? Try "magnesium oil"... just a water solution of a few pennies worth of magnesium chloride... which you can buy in a spray bottle for $10 on E-bay.

How else might you approach the problem ?

Either...

A. Follow the sequence preferred by the world renowned Mayo Clinic and
1. Pay your doctor
2. Take your Oxycontin... so your legs don't move.
3. Drugs are dangerous


4. Oh, yeah... maybe some of this other stuff is worth being considered.


B. Follow the sequence preferred by "not the world renowned Mayo Clinic"
1. Consider the things on this list
2. Consider these other things not on the list
3. Your doctor can provide more information about each of these treatments and which one — or ones — might be a good choice for you.

Guess which approach I'll suggest is worthy of renown ?
