He's screwed either way. Tarrifs are just going to make oil cheaper on chinese goods and make the USA less competitive while they are screaming about chinese supply chains. There is no bite in that bark, especially at $10 oil. The only game he can run is to let the dogs out and stir up the persians,,, and that fucks everybody pretty much equally short therm. Long term who knows.
