Ken:You are right and when someone attacks your personal character there is a boiling point at which if you are normal at all,you have to say something.There are so many inaccurate statements made by a certain individual,that the sole purpose was to scare other Investors out of the stock and sell.Unfortunately,it works sometimes and there is nothing one can do to stop it.This one individual does not own thousands of shares of MISM as he claims ,because that is very easy to check.A large shareholder for one thing ,would not behave in such a derrogatory manner and use such a forum to air his dirty laundry. We have had this group of individuals who have been doing this kind of posting on CW everytime there is large volume on the stock and their only way to try and stop momentum is to use forums such as CW where they post what they want and not leave their email address. The individual concerned could have sold every share he had if he wanted to and move on,but I do not believe a word he said.The sole intent was to scare Investors out of the stock and stop this Company from moving ahead...The Deals take time when legal documents are going between lawyers on such large deals and its not like buying a car.There are very significant issues which affect the lives of people when there is a new owner taking over an existing business.Life is not that simple and neither is business.I have identified myself as the writer of the GMT NEWSLETTER and people on that site know me as LUCKY43..That is why I identified myself when I started posting on this Thread.Better days ahead as you may have noticed that there was a large amount of buying in the afternoon.For the large vilume the stock only closed down 3 cents from last Friday.Now if you could answer me ,why would this individual be so upset ,if it was not for some ulterior motive?? regards Tipster/Lucky 43
