I just think it is the times -- not to beat a dead horse -- the Fed and the banksters

not only are a lot of households living paycheck to paycheck -- so are a lot of small businesses

A buddy of mine, looked into the loan. He said you need to spend the money within so many days otherwise it becomes a normal loan. So he said he is going to wait a little bit, before he gets one. I have not verified the loan information.
