I'm certain the hot spots are localized to the cities that had direct flights from Wuhan and other Chinese cities, like NY, Newark, LA, Seattle, SF, Chicago , Detroit. Those will be the hot zones.

I would have expected Philadelphia, Atlanta, and DFW, but I'm more familiar with European connects and not China.

New Orleans confuses me, even with Mardi Gras. A lot of hospitals should have spare ventilators but they don't want to give them to the hot spots.
