I think what Mr. Bill was refering to was, why so many share at once?

If I come in I'm comming in on my tip-toes. There's as much uncertianty as opportunity at this point in time. There is a large unknown to deal with.

And yes it was the 28th.

On that same thought......I don't feel comfortable about the general market.....so I'm buying. If I felt really good about it I'd be selling.

This is the hardest thing for me to do but I'm trying to stay 50% or better cash.
