Michigan's Dept of Health & Human Services says 40% of those who have died from COVID-19 are black in a state where African-Americans are just 14% of the population. Why? Diet. Blacks are 60% more likely than whites to be diagnosed with diabetes & 40% more likely to have high BP
I want to call out the part of the tweet that claims "diet" is the reason.

Diet isn't the only factor in Type II diabetes and high blood pressure. There is a strong genetic component to it as well. Many black athletes who are as fit as horses often get afflicted with either or both conditions.

Of course, G*d forbid you would even mention genetics when it comes to black people. That's "racist" ...
