Meanwhile deploy funds in stocks that either seem to be better values and/or don't have the huge coronvirus risk.
Have not sold much of anything especially anything related to coronvirus risk. I did have a little GOLD shares for sale but did not get a fill. I did miss my Buy on FCX last week and that stock was up big.

Perhaps you can enlighten the board w/ some of your recent sells and if that is/was due to coronovirus risk, lower prices or something other than the BlackSwann events of the last 20 days.

I ask because one can think out possible future scenarios (like a melt down of mREITs) due to debt/leverage or other events that would cause some companies to BK (worst case).

I have tried not to think too much of the worst case, so therefore have not sold much. Also if/when I sell, I always have a hard time to buy back in.

Some people on the income thread have been doing swaps. That makes sense selling one preferred and buying a better one w/ a minimal net loss.

Other than looking at stocks comparable to 2009 sell off and comparing values then to now, I can sort of determine stocks that are in value territory and others that are not.
