Rusty, doesn't 17 Million shares outstanding seem like
a very small # of shares for a company with Broadcasting
rights for all of North America? DISH has 4 valuable
orbital slots (better slots than DirecTV, correct me if
I'm wrong). I hope they don't waste a lot of bandwidth on
local channels. It seems like a simple antenna attached
to the dish could solve the local problem. I'd like to see
more international stuff & maybe more music. High definition
television is coming fast now, & high-definition pay-per-view
slots seem infinitely more valuable than local programming
to me. My parents have an ECHOSTAR system. They love it,
but they still have cable (10.00 per month) for the locals
& about ten other channels.
