Am getting reports of cost cutting just because,,,workers gone because not needed,,,etc... projects being reigned in not because exiting,,, but because reigning seems prudent,,, all told do not panic. point is same,,, damage is real,,, finite or infinite,,, not yet determined. at present, most seem in finite camp,,, over leveraged, under cashed all dead or dying. heavily cashed,,, under leveraged,,, full steam ahead in bargain nibbling shopping mode. meanwhile in SEA,,,, is surely painful,,, but will likely weather storm better than most.
