Steve is right, the company's trend is strongly upward, and the bottom line is not the critical element right now. Revenues, opening markets, R&D are the long term items that win the race. All the competitors are hitting the wall or are upstarts trying to break into the market. Although the market itself is immature, IDX is dominant.

NRID is trying, with their 44 (or less) people to compete on software with IDX. We know IDX has a great deal of software in use and under development, and is not reduced to making press releases on what is still almost vaporware (not yet in beta testing, according to a posted link) in order to have a presence in the industry. I read today's announcement by NRID as a defensive alliance of fringe companies and wannabes -- their only potentially viable competitive strategy when the market leader has such a strong lead on them. But if they cannot support the software with sales, and right now there are very few industry revenues outside of IDX and Printrak, it doesn't matter. Most of these companies will be gone soon.
