Hi Jas,
Good evening everyone. I just wanted to let you know I'm here. I heard the CC this morning but not from the beginning and not in it's entirety ( I probably missed 5 to 8 minutes total) Anyway I want to listen to it again and then catch up on the posts, and then, "I'll be back" :))

jas,

My how people get touchy when their money is involved! Be careful of this Steve guy masquerading as a CPA. With a little research you will find he has been saying zitel is the greatest thing since sliced bread since late 96, most others that were in agreement with him back then are gone now LONG gone :) Now I'm not saying hes wrong but, who knows maybe he needs tax write offs! I can state for fact if he indeed has put his money where his mouth WAS hes deep in the Digm! (southern slang for cow droppings) Go to the graveyard on the fool, reread some of his posts from here in the early days. And dont forget to call him for all you investment advice!

Happy Trading

Stan

Jas, please do not let anyone get to you here. You have always been a rational voice representing the long side of Zitel. I am sure it is hard to keep a level head given that SI is overrun with bears on Zitel (of which I am one). I may not agree with you conclusions and interpretation of the facts, but I do like to hear your interpretation and I do respect your right to have your own opinion. I think most shorts will agree.

Regarding the NY State backdrop contract, what we need to understand is how hard is it to get on the vendor list. If it is just filling out an application, then being on the vendor list is meaningless regarding Zitels stock price. If the State of NY evaluated MAP 2000 and concluded it was a viable product for their needs, that is significant for Zitel. I think BellBoy was assuming the former and you the latter.

Jas .....

Have held a considerable position in ZITL for many months .... and
stopped visiting this web site in mid '97. It was just too full of
doom and gloom that was well conceived and often seemed all to reasonable. Have done most of my own due dilligence which consisted of numewerous conversations with IT professionals, several visits to ZITL and even a day in the parking lot at Matridigm to see if people were actually working there. It's all been very interesting and, of course, exasperating. But my painfully long position is still intact and today's news comes as a sweet "surprise." Thanks for "the balance" and objectivity you've maintained over the past few quarters despite the overwhelmingly dark sentiments consistently expressed on this board. There must be a market for this technology .... and the ticking of the clock growing louder and louder.

Bill

PS: What was "The BRC cut-off date" I kept reading references to
last year?
