....actually looking at the volume I believe what happened was that the employee trading window opened up (that's a fact) and that there were a lot of same day sell orders for options at market value which allowed "buyers" to push the price lower and lower. This always seems to happen the day a trading window opens on a smaller company. Just check the volume of shares, it was a slow day and the employees did it to themselves.
