I think it was the MMs who got those .07s and .08s, those all went on the bid. Could be wrong there, but I think not. If you want to buy, it's .11, you might get some at .10 but only after they dropped the ask. This is just not my favourite exchange. Yes, I grind on about that, but it's true - a four cent spread is ridiculous at this level. Surely some enterprising young techie can set up an electronic exchange on the net that will allow these COATS people to dry up and blow away. And moving to the Nasdaq BB, that's no big improvement ... how about the ME?
