I saw that the V.P sold approx. 200,000 of his 600,000 shares. However, I believe that was because of a margin call at Merrill Lynch. That in and of itself is not a good sign considering that he may not be a very good investor. I will get the revenue and earnings numbers for the last three years and post them later. Hemming also put an additional 150,000 shares for sale at $1.50 or so for some other reason. He may know something about the company or he maybe just be a bad investor. Do you have an opinion about why he put up these additional shares. Brent
