Or 2...there are a lot of people who are asymptomatic, or sub-acute, who aren't being tested. If they were included, the MR would drop.

Sot sure that insurance is the main problem. My family all have good insurance. There just isn't any capacity in NYC to take care of anyone but the most severely ill.

When this is all done, a lot of countries and companies are going to reassess their true standing.

The answer is simple--the mortality rate is so high because of one reason. For example--I live in Texas--nearly 20% of those living in this state have no insurance. We are the outlier for the rest of the world, and there are those who bad mouth the Canadians about their healthcare system--why?

Look at the list of the "top 10" states with the number of those who have died---what should jump out in looking at these numbers -Georgia and Louisiana and Florida.
