How did Democrats come up with that "brilliant" idea of shortening the hours of essential businesses like grocery markets and drug stores to "keep down the infection rate"? Since it had the effect of bunching large groups of people into tight spaces due to the short shopping times, they then had to start forcing people to stand in line outside the stores to wait their turns.
