If this deal were anymore "accreative" for CPQ it would probably be $25 a share!!! Very frustrating when you own twice as many VKPAF Calls since the 2:1 split and they fall twice as fast since CPQ "stole" DEC. By the way these calls closed at 6 down 1 5/8 or only 21% for the day.

Everyone that follows CPQ knows what a power house this will turn them into so why does the street take 2 3/4 out of the stock?

All I heard mumbled on CNBC that it "diluted" the value of CPQ's shares. They're paying only $4.8 billion in cash and issusing 150 million shares of stock. Yes "dilutive" but now will be doing over $37 billion a year in revenues. How dilutive will that be when it hits the bottom line?

Good luck to all CPQ longs. Would sure like to see some near term appreciation as well.
