You are right & I agree w/ you on that. However, the stimulus Bill(s) say differently to the tune of $1.5 Trillion and in process and/or proposed $2.5 Trillion. It is what it is even though we both fundamentally disagree.

That's why it is critical there is an exit strategy (w/ buy-ins) so the Exxon and Chevrons can pick up/buy the pieces to run under their oversight.
