Okay people, i've had enough of the bickering again.....we are here to help each other with GOOD and BAD news about a company. Personally, I feel that the news release is extremely informative. 1) Zulu-tek was not "cleaning out upper management, or getting rid of dead weight" (Read the article carefully, and it states "Now, cheif executive Caroline Vanderlip, WHO HAD EXPECTED TO REMAIN ONBOARD, has also opted out, citing "personal reasons" 2) Ron Meatchum, will become acting CEO until that position is desolved, (I am assuming at that point Ron will return to the Autotrak portion of Zulu-tek where he "knows the business" and can perform to his best abilities. 3) WE ALL NEED TO CONTRIBUTE IN DOING RESEARCH AND DD ON NEIL MILLER, AND PAT HAYTON FOR THESE ARE THE PEOPLE CONTROLLING OUR MONEY. Personally, I find the news concerning their past dealings very disturbing, and in viewing peoples response to the posted article, we all find it disturbing. But, let's face it people I believe that these two men are honestly trying to build a legitimate business, that will create immense shareholder value if they are successful. Then on the other hand if they are unsuccessful, we are out our money, (trade what is comfortable for you!!!!!) I keep finding myself looking at SOFTBANK HOLDING COMPANY (Not Softbank Interactive Marketing....the larger company that sold Softbank Interactive to Zulu) and I imagine how they must have orchestrated their aquisitions, and their growing pains, and all of the naysayers that said it couldn't be done. Look at them now. Please, Please, Please stop fighting, and lets research Pat Hayton, and Neil Miller, find out what their company name was when they were fined, who is POWERTEL USA???? (Pat Hayton???). is the 20 million coming from Pat Hayton????, What do these folks eat for breakfast???, lets be a little more resourceful here..... This is all just my opinion, and trying to get this a little back on track....GOOD THINGS ARE IN OUR FUTURE HERE!!!!!! ladyluck
