Andrew, besides OPCO are there any other upgrades? That would be good news. I have to say that my experience with oppenheimer's various tech analysts has not been too positive in the past.

Remember, CPQ's price for DEC is less than 10% more than DEC's previous trading high of $53/share. Hard to believe any tech acquisition could be done at amounts below the market top of October.

I agree, the merger seems great news. It just surprised the street for a moment.

Andrew.."what a steal," you say? Well, I agree. As I said in an earlier post, CPQ buys DEC for $60 a share and I can buy BOTH companies by shelling out a mere $29 a share for CPQ! What a deal! S.
