Dr. Voodoo - can you, as a chemist, offer an opinion?

We can discuss the fine details & ramifications of the 1981 valid study until the cows come home. I would, however, appreciate a simple answer to a specific question.

As a professional chemist, have you seen enough to at least comment on the validity of the study used by Asensio in his Jan. 15th report to attack Zonagen?

It is my intent to provide complete documentation of the very materials used by Asensio to issue his reports - which are clearly an attempt to manipulate the stock price of a company in which he took a short position before beginning his campaign.

The Jan. 15 report was titled:

>>Zonagen's Vasomax fast-acting claims proven false and fraudulent.<<

Now it turns out that just a little research reveals that the study was useless - scientifically invalid & never intended as anything but a progress report on the development of an measurement technique.

I will prove that Asencio did this with the lawsuit filed by Dr. Bohgal and did it again with the patent application - each of which was used either in part, or out of context to attack the company.

There definitely should be a class action lawsuit and probably an SEC investigation - but not of Zonagen.
