Yes, that seems an obvious equation.

I expect Houston and Dallas to explode with all the people going back and forth between Louisiana and all the international flights going into those two cities.

And Alabama and Georgia are stuck between Florida and Louisana as will also probably explode. But most of the rid states are not being as careful as the Blue states and as they are mostly rural will lag the explosion.
