My bet is first or second week or May.

I'd guess 60 -65 percent in Houston are already on the job. Add in bars and restaurants and we'll be 75 -85 percent back to work. I drove by Methodist hospital today on 242.

A testing tent was out there with a big sign - completely empty. That's a great sign!!

Bob

Considering that "business" in Texas should never have been shut down in the first place, its about time Abbott woke up and smelled the money---er i mean the roses! Schools ditto. The only ones that should have ever "sheltered in place" were the elderly and those otherwise impaired.

Can't get too excited about Abbott and his plans!
