The utterly insane thinking of whoever was responsible for letting that animal out of jail is mind-boggling. Gladly no one died as a result of it - yet. According to the New York Daily News, “James Little, 41 — on parole for a 1995 murder and recently freed on charges of assaulting his girlfriend over fears he might contract coronavirus in jail — was put back behind bars Tuesday after he tried to rob a bank near Union Square, said cops.”
