I simply don't know. According to that Tweet, he said it on Hannity's radio show but I don't listen to it.

Let's put a marker on that as not being confirmed yet.

It would sure be nice if SI would allow editing beyond 15 minutes, so I could add the question to the post.

John Solomon definitely reported it. He knows of witnesses who have received subpoenas and who have appeared before the grand jury. It starts around 4:45 here:
