“[T]he reason NYC is hurting so bad is because the EDs there operate just on the edge in normal times. ....EXACTLY..........the metro NYC area hospitals have only marginal amount of over capacity in even a severe flu season...................then add on corona with perhaps only 2X or 3X the mortality ......and there is PREDICTABLE chaos.......................it's all on local Govt............NYC and NY state.............and no amount of Cuomo grandstanding is going to change that
