Based on some of China's actions and behaviours in the recent past with regard to the outbreak over Coronavirus, you have to wonder to what extent one can rely on China's "published(?)" numbers. And then we have the W.H.O.'s EARLY comments via their President, Tedros Adhanom, about the Virus which did very little to get the Nations of the World concerned and galvanized into action, which should really be the W.H.O's main function in life ! Here's an illuminating observation in that regard .....
