CHINA IS ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL AT THE UN, THEREFORE THIS IS HOW YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TREAT BLACK PEOPLE. IF THEY ARE MAKING THE RULES ON HUMAN RIGHTS, THEY ARE SETTING THE EXAMPLE FOR THE WORLD TO FOLLOW. THE OTHER POSSIBILITY IS CHINA SHOULD NOT BE ON THE HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL.
