i am sure many countries globally are researching/ manufacturing/testing biological weapons and to think that an accident could not occur is feckless.

‘They’ are ignoring it Must be for some reason As long as they do not state the reason, the suspicion lingers and shall not go away The minute ‘they’ come up w/ a reason, they know it would be refuted, and the next phase of discovery commences ‘They’ must be hoping it all goes away, as they cannot say anything to make it go away Not a good position to be in, if in a police murder investigation, but would be what the lawyers advise Understandable
