If this is old news, then in might be shortin' time. VT, are you expecting some bad news? The stock's been in the doghouse, but seems to have gotten back on track to growing earnings and sales are still growing strong, 28% y-y in the latest q. It's trading at 0.9 times sales and just under 18 times '98 estimates. Salomon/Smith Barney upgraded yesterday to "Outperform" and others may follow soon. The market could drag it down a little, but as I said, it's been out of favor so the bearish side was already crowded. And then, if they do get an offer they can't refuse ... Bottom line, there's much more room up than down IMO. Regards, Bob
