O.K.- another phone call, this time from "Larry" also IR San Diego. He said that I should expect an audited annual report, as well as a report for the Oct. 31 quarter, in about 2 weeks. He says that they became profitable in Dec. and expect to continue to improve earnings this year. The IR is consolidated into their main San Diego office as of now, and they are no longer selling shares out the back door as of Jan 31st. They are contacting all the stockholders, so any of you holding should be getting a call. I'm in a "wait and see" mode for now. If this audited report reads well, perhaps I actually am on the ground floor. Who knows? -ojai
