Dr. Singh, regarding the efficacy of MD's code conversion process, the shorts keep running into a major contradiction: if it's so great and it's not a state secret, why isn't anyone else buying it? Why does KEA have an enormous backlog of Y2K work? Why are small fry like ACLY and ISLI getting at least some Y2K work (to which you can add a half dozen other ZITL-size Y2K companies)?

Without real contracts instead of just potential deals based on MD's product specs, it's hard not to conclude that ZITL's Y2K efforts are more reminiscent of an Edsel, not a Porsche.

The above is intended as an honest question with no disrespect for you views intended. I just can't figure out why the faith in MD is so deep despite the lack of proof that it is a saleable product.

FYI, I have no position in ZITL at the moment but may re-short today based on the reasoning above.
