Hi Gary; It's the nature of the beast, coporations write dept
too..it compeats, the dept of corporations is as much a part of
the problem as anything is "junk bonds" and we are too lax on the
way they do that. It's like they print money in comitition with
the government and don't have to pay a tax on it.
It's a from of legal "Forgery" if your big enough, you can print
your own money.

No the budget includes the debt interest. The problem now is to convince the republicans to use the surplus to pay down the debt instead of immediately calling for more tax cuts.
