True. An oversight on my part. Dealing with the day-to-day nitty gritty details of a state or city gives generally gives you a better sense of what works and what doesn't. When we unlock, it will occur at the local level, not by national dictate,

A lot of mayors are doing a good job, too.
I think that in general, all the office holders are doing a good job.
However, their actions started too late and with no organization. The
temptation for all of them is to give a sigh and forget about the virus
when this is over. They need find the lessons and organization that
will be required in the future.
