Todd, thanks for your response.

I just read the earnings report and am a little concerned.

If I understand it correctly, Novacare needed funds to restructure, due to changes in the Medicare reinbursement rules caused, in part, by the Balanced Budget Act. Novacare split off part of their business as NCES. NCES issued new stock and provided NOV with most of the proceeds, which NOV could use to pay for their restructuring. It is very confusing when it comes to evaluation.

I think that I will stay away, for now, until the dust settles.
