Look: You earlier wrote "I also think that TPRO has expertise only in manufacturing factories." And CK then gave you response #1, which stated, in part, that "PacifiCorp Energy Services form[ed] a marketing alliance with TPRO (July '97) to offer products and services to electric utilities to optimize automation and information systems in substations and distribution facilities". As Richard noted above, this alliance is not only alive but gaining momentum (Jenkins at CC). This shows TPRO must have some experience in the utility area, so your earlier statement is wrong. CK makes no claims in regard to y2k with respect to PacifiCorp. That's because she's as well aware as any that PacificCorp later decided not to pursue y2k as a business opportunity.

CK's response was entirely appropriate given the inaccurate comment you made. End of story.
