His healthcare plan is to dump Obamacare.
His failure to dump ObamaCare proves that ObamaCare was the most "successful" accomplishment of the Obama administration.

And by "success," of course, I'm talking about the permanent step toward the "promised land" of single-payer health care that can never be reversed.
