Most of the health care workers are following the rules and guidelines set out by their idiot managers and stupid provincial regulators. The health care workers watch as thousands of seniors die each year from virus infections. Most of these health care workers get infected and sick each year as well because their managers refuse to allow them to follow the infectious control guidelines they were taught at college that protect the workers and the residents and patients. Following these guidelines cost money. The health care system is set up to reduce costs. All the stupid managers are told to reduce costs. Who tells them this? You, the people, because we don't want our taxes to rise. Protecting people from infection and death costs money. Pay up or watch them die. Anyone who bitches about rising taxes is to blame for the health care crisis and the current covid plague.
