Heywood, The retirees weren't on the beaches for Spring Break. Yes, but the hotel workers were. The waiters and waitresses at the bars and restaurants were. The convenience store and grocery store workers were. The police were. Any one of them could get infected and bring the coronavirus to the rest of the state.
