tanks ArtR. i read C_O's response... i already knew what he would say. i just wanted to get YOUR feedback to see if it was different or if you had other information. basically you're saying the same as he is... except for the cultural/POV differences in the 'mericans you live and work around... and it WAS a metaphorical desk pounding as opposed to an actual civil war brewing. tanks for the confirmation. - just wanted to be sure i was reading you right... and i see from your reply, i WAS. additional bla blas and forecasts: there are some BIG changes coming... not just to 'merica but to the whole world. i don't think organized gunfire or warfare will play a very big role in them. that kind of warfare became obsolete in the second half of the 20th century with Dr. Strangelove. the new "wealth" and "power" for the 21st century is "information" and "technology"... it's important to keep them accessible to ALL. the new 2nd amendment equivalency will be the right to bear smart devices and have internet access. if the internet disappears then it's back to chainsaws, guns, whiskey and secrets. ...ain't gonna happen. JMHO ...just my humble optimism. :-)
