Perhaps you are not aware of the SI method of letting anyone set up threads and moderate them based on rules that the emcee herself/himself sets? I set mine up and devote a good share of day making it a pleasant place for anyone who wants to be pleasant or up to the minute on Real News. Opinions are welcome there, but I don't allow insults of President Trump or other posters. Many SI members enjoy the thread. This thread is unmoderated. Can you see the difference?
