Actually, I thought this might have been a joke, but in today's lawyer-happy environment, I figured there was some SEC rule governing truth in press releases. Someone would sue based on loss of profits because they sold based on false news, etc, etc.

After re-reading the release carefully, I bet this actually happened, but was planned, scripted, orchestrated and staged by THQ as a publicity gimmick.
