What is worrysome, is that so far the co
has kept stockholders fully in the picture, and
were quite alert in sending a memo, if
for no apparent reason the stock was
down(,which seemed the case nowadays,inspite
of the latest encouraging news)
If you would contact them, they
would always reply. Since I emailed the co
last week, I heard nothing.
Are you familiar with Kostech?
This outfit recommended NHMCF when it was
selling at around $ 6.-
I also bought another of their favorites:
UMSI. Umsi was selling at $ 2.- plus
and is now about 10 cents!
I heard later that Kostech gets a handsome deal for hyping these companies, which if that is necessary, just makes the company suspect.
If I had known.....but then I was a novice and
trusting these impressive research reports.
I am trying to get the company to disclose
what their deal with Kostech amounted to and if
theycan explain the sizeable drop in stockprice
inspite the recent good news.
Thanks for your contribution.

thank you for your input. The most distressing thing about your remarks is the lack of disclosure regarding these hype firms: Kostech and FSS. They are compensated by the company in shares. All you have to do is glance at the two year chart to see the dates of the "recommendations". Perhaps in this case, a large investor hired the FSS to perhaps unload a previous position. Wouldn't a company be able to sue in this case? Why would they do nothing or say nothing? Whatever has happened, it has put this small company in a terrible bind. I'm long a small position in this stock as a reminder that I bought without doing a lot of research. There is no way I would purchase anymore. I am in at a average of 3.75 and see a one year target of 4 1/2. Hope I'm wrong and it goes to 6.
