The FBI should have done an investigation before the hearings. They didn't. Once the FBI knew of the allegations it should have gone into hyperdrive and done an investigation. It did nothing. The same party that demanded investigations into four people dying in Benghazi didn't care Bush lied about WMDs, had 9/11 under his watch, committed war crimes or Kav raped someone. Regardless, republicans have the highest possible standards for Democrats and absolutely no standards for themselves. One of the Articles of Impeachment against Nixon was not answering subpoenas. Now, subpoenas are worthless because republicans made them worthless. Look back at Mueller. He refused to have Trump or anyone else in the White House testify under oath in front of a grand jury. If you don't see a coverup it's because you're so damn partisan.
