Harry,

Thanks for the info. RMI is teaming up with NKK/National Steel. That's interesting. Were you aware that Nippon Steel, through Union Titanium Sponge owns 11.6% of TIMT? Makes me wonder if NKK will make an equity investment into RMI.

I've seen a rumor on TIMT thread on SI and on RMI's Yahoo thread that RMI is supposedly soon to be taken over by either TIMT or Carpenter Steel (or others). Do you have any information in this regard? I would think that their involvement with NKK would thwart such rumors...but you never know, they look pretty attractive. As of right now I have a stake in TIMT, but none in RMI, although I'll probably pick up some in the morning if it doesn't spike up.

Do you have any ideas on the pop in TIMT's price these last few days?

As always, I appreciate your input. I'll look into starting a RMI/RTI tread once I open a position.

Thanks,

Neil
